It's a Perfect Summer Evening for a Glass of Torrontes Wine

Over the last two two years, I've developed a palate for white wine and Torrontes wine might be my favorite. Why? It's a dry white wine with nice acidity and I love the floral characteristics. They're citrusy too, like orange blossom or honeysuckle. Just a little sweet. The slightest hint of honey or fruit and then the nose. I love the way this wine smells.

If you're looking for a sweet wine, this is not it. If you're looking for a fun, new, dry wine to go with fish, or poultry, give this one a try. I've been leaning towards this over Pinot Grigio.

Genetically, it appears to be like Malvasia Bianca, more of an old world grape but it's found its home in Argentina. So, expand your palate and bring a bottle of this home on your next warm summer's evening. Or a cold one with some seafood.
